***ClariDhi Counseling, PLLC will bill insurance carriers on your behalf where applicable. This is a service we provide for our clients. Please note that you are still responsible for all charges incurred. Should you lose insurance coverage at any point during treatment, you will be responsible for any treatment fees incurred. In such cases, our clients have the right to terminate treatment or seek treatment from another provider.

**ClariDhi Counseling, PLLC no longer accepts private insurance for ongoing couples counseling sessions. Out of Pocket Rates will apply. Insurance can be utilized for occasional family/couples session to support individual client's progress. If you have questions about counseling rates, please reach out to discuss further.
