Inner Post is a monthly checkpoint for your mental health, delivered via snail mail to your heart and hands. Each month, we reflect on a different theme (like grief, vulnerability, receiving, or creativity) using a combination of therapist's reflections, artist's visualizations, and an exercise for you to explore your inner landscape. These waypoints invite you to slow down, reflect on your inner knowing, and dive deeper into soulful territory at your own pace.

Inner Post is available across the US for anyone who needs a reminder to reflect. it is appropriate both for those who have previously worked with a mental health professional and are continuing self-paced inner work as well as those who are actively processing in relationship with a mental health professional.
Where does Inner Post come from?
Inner Post was lovingly created by Jessica Daniels (founder of ClariDhi Counseling) and Jackie Beardstrom (BeeTenderly Studio) with the vision to bring together mental health professionals and fine artists to support big-hearted humans who feel deeply. We are based in Central/Eastern Washington State. As mothers, we know the power of a gentle reminder and are deeply committed to the healing and wholeness of each person in our community.
