Meet Our Team

A strong, trusting relationship with your therapist is one of the most important parts of meaningful progress.

Both clinicians at ClariDhi Counseling prioritize building that foundation—
so you can feel safe, understood, and supported in your work.

Jessica "Jess" Daniels, LMHC, NCC, SUDP

Jess is the owner of ClariDhi Counseling and a licensed mental health and substance use counselor in Washington State. She brings an integrative, nervous system-informed approach to therapy, supporting clients in understanding their patterns, building regulation, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, safety, and a deeper understanding of how our experiences shape the way we move through the world.

Jess works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and substance use. She also supports those looking to better understand their relationships, communication patterns, and emotional responses.

Approach

Jess integrates a range of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including EMDR, CBT, SSP, and relational work. Her work is grounded in a whole-person perspective—recognizing the connection between mind, body, and lived experience.

She considers how emotional, physical, and relational patterns interact, and supports clients in building awareness and regulation across these areas.

Jess’s approach is both collaborative and direct. She prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel understood and supported, while also helping you move through patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

She values a genuine, transparent connection and believes that meaningful change often requires both compassion and honesty—balancing accountability with a steady, grounded pace.

Tamara "Tami" Minchow, MSW, LICSW

Tami is a licensed clinical social worker who brings a relational, compassionate, and strengths-based approach to therapy. She is deeply grounded in the belief that feeling seen, understood, and supported can be a powerful catalyst for change.

Her path to becoming a therapist was shaped by meaningful relationships in her own life—moments where she experienced genuine compassion, nonjudgmental support, and connection. Those experiences continue to guide the way she shows up for her clients.

Tami supports individuals navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, and life transitions. She is passionate about creating a space where you can show up as you are, while reconnecting with your own insight, resilience, and capacity for growth.

Approach

Tami’s approach is relational, collaborative, and strengths-based. She believes you are the expert of your own experiences and works alongside you to explore patterns, build insight, and support meaningful change.

She tailors therapy to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to support skill-building and awareness. She also incorporates Motivational Interviewing (MI) to explore ambivalence and strengthen internal motivation, and uses the CRAFT approach when working with individuals and families impacted by substance use.

At the core of her work is a focus on self-compassion—helping you learn to relate to yourself with more understanding and less criticism, creating space for deeper healing and resilience.
