The Courage to Be All In

What would it look like to show up more fully in your life—even when vulnerability, uncertainty, or the fear of not being enough gets in the way?

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Daring Greatly™ is an experiential workshop that invites you to explore courage, vulnerability, shame resilience, and what it means to live wholeheartedly.

We all develop ways of protecting ourselves from discomfort, judgment, and the possibility of getting hurt. Sometimes, though, the very armor that helps us feel safe can also keep us from experiencing the connection, authenticity, and belonging we desire.

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversations, and experiential exercises, you'll have the opportunity to recognize these patterns, challenge the expectations that hold you back, and explore what it means to show up with greater courage and self-compassion.

Daring Greatly isn't about being fearless. It's about choosing courage, allowing ourselves to be seen, and showing up wholeheartedly—even when it feels uncomfortable.

What to Expect

This is more than a workshop where you sit and listen. It is designed to be an interactive, reflective experience where learning happens through personal exploration and connection.

Throughout this one-day intensive, you'll be invited to participate in guided exercises, individual reflection, and meaningful group conversations in a supportive environment.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, struggling with perfectionism or self doubt, working toward healthier relationships, or simply wanting to live more authentically, this experience offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and grow.

No previous experience with Brené Brown's work is necessary.
